Zain Gets Healthy With “Get Healthy Kuwait” Digital Campaign

gethealthykuwait_website, Kuwait’s biggest initiative for better nutrition and weight management, dedicated a full day of free on the spot testing and individual one-on-one consultations to Zain employees, as part of the initiative’s ongoing outreach efforts to alert the Kuwaiti workforce to the importance of healthy living and weight management, which has reached close to an overall total of 1850 tests and consultations.

Expert dieticians from Diet Care and Taiba Hospital, the sister founders of, provided over 100 Zain employees with cholesterol, sugar, and blood tests as well as weight analysis. With the results, the nutritionists offered one-on-one consultations to better inform each individual on their health statuses and ways to adopt a healthier lifestyle, with an emphasis on the habits they follow throughout their work day. Chief Nutritionist and Diet Care Operations Manager Sami Al Bader said,
“Because of their busy schedules, employees often times neglect their body’s nutritional needs. Our role is to remind them that healthy living starts with healthy eating and weight management. We do this by providing employees with free one-on-one consultations at their own work place.
