Along with their latest event, Mudawanat: All About Blogging, which took place on Dec 12th, 2009 in Qatar (which we covered it through live video broadcasting and tweeting) ictQatar team launches Digital Qatar knowledge base platform to take additional burden on improving Qatar on the digital map.
