Facebook Advertising: CPC or CPM?
We all know about the importance of advertising on facebook if you’re targeting any of its almost 1Bn users. But there was something that was bugging me for a while, I’ve been running a lot of ads on facebook for different clients with different objectives, but I’ve always preferred CPC over CPM, I felt that paying for an action is much more reliable then paying for display. Now some people might argue that CPM does well for branding,... Read More
Welcome aboard Tala Riz, a new addition to the interactive ME team
We’ve been planning to add a new, more permanent member to the interactive ME team and just as we were about to give up on that, I received an email from Tala (I usually receive CV’s which are quite often very random) however for some reason I decided to check out Tala’s CV and I was glad that I did. Because after viewing it I contacted and it quickly became apparent that she would be a great addition to the team. Although Tala... Read More

G+ the only invite only Social Network Site
Google Plus (G+) is just a few weeks old Social Network Site (SNS) from Google and already exceeded 20 million users, despite the fact the new Social Media channel is still in Beta (invite only). It took Facebook good few years to reach 20 million users, so it is fair to say the new SNS is more dynamic. G+ however doesn’t currently compete head to head with Facebook but instead G+ tends to position as another SNS; therefore not an immediate panic... Read More

Breaking News: Google’s silent launch of www.wdyl.com
What do you love? is the question behind Google’s latest attempt to unify a user’s capacity to search multiple channels in one spot. A few hours ago, Techcrunch.com reported Google’s soft launch of http://www.wdyl.com . Put simply, it gives you a range of google product searches in one page. I fiddled around with it and it did entertain me for a while. The site is simple to use, well-designed…and if you’re one for previews... Read More
