The Lebanese start-up, Woopra, an analytics tool that provides live traffic on your site has been quietly under development for over a one and half year and has thousands of man-hours worth of passionate work behind it, especially the two founding members Jad Younan and Elie Khoury as well as the rest of the Woopra team. With the application reaching maturity, and after extensive Alpha testing, Woopra was unveiled as a closed Beta on March 29, 2008 and officially releases beta sign today on October 12, 2008.
Woopra will be available to general public and existing beta users, yet the release of the service would mean:
- Nothing is perfect – the team behind Woopra passionately believes that they have the world’s finest Web analytics platform, and they will continue building upon it every day, but you might find an error here or there.
- Manage Multiple websites – you can now have multiple websites under your account unlike beta stage where you had to obtain approval.
- Pay as little as Starbucks coffee – Subscription plans are available starting at under $5 per month, less than a visit to Starbucks! as the CEO John expressed on the official blog.
- Free Plans + ceiling – you can invite your friends as long as you are an existing users. Free Plan sites with over 30,000 page views per month will need to upgrade to one of the paid plans in order to continue monitoring all of their statistics.
