Engagement: Simple Principle of Brand Social Positioning

Surely many would agree that Social Media is another way of communications; for which brands need strategy and appropriate techniques in place to ensure success and brand sustainability.

I’ve been to number of events in London speaking about Social Media and Brand Engagement within social channels. As most brands use other communications techniques too, it is very important to have an integrated approach. Integration however doesn’t need to be complicated but yet has to be┬ásystematic.

Simplicity is king in driving sustainability in Social Media Engagement and brand positioning; and it is achievable via three steps which is described in LCD Model.
