The organizers have chosen Dell because they are one of the leaders in social media usage for businesses. According to the ENGAGEMENTdb report 2009, Dell was ranked no.2 in terms of all around engagement with their customers. In 2009, Dell generated $6.5 million in sales through Twitter and in late 2010, Dell had set up a listening command centre to focus their efforts on social media.
